About Townlink

Highly regarded and recognised within the Industry, Joe co-founded Townlink Construction in 1991 to create a leading Main Building Contractor that provides a quality, professional and personal service.

Joe is actively involved in the day to day management of the company and acts as Contracts Director on a number of projects. He is company EHS Director.

Since 1993 TJ has overseen the growth and development of Townlink into one of the leading Construction Companies in Ireland.

TJ served on the Council of the Master Builders and Contractors Association of the CIF for over 10 years and was President of the Association in 2006. TJ is a Chartered Builder and Chartered Surveyor. 

David is our Managing Director. With over 20 years experience working across all sectors of the construction Industry, his leadership ensures our projects deliver for our clients, and that the highest standards are achieved in line with our values. Davids reputation has generated strong, ongoing and repeat business. His portfolio includes both private and public clients and an extensive value range. 

Joe oversees the Surveying & Estimating Department at Townlink. Recognised as a leading Quantity Surveyor in the Irish Construction Industry since 1988, he has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with both private and public forms of contract, and has been involved in projects covering all sectors of the Industry.

Joe is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

John is Construction Director at Townlink. A Chartered Member of the CIOB, Johns career to date spans 20 years and covers a wide range of project types and values. His particular expertise lies in Fit Out, Conservation and Public Buildings. 

John has been nominated for Construction Manager of the Year at the CIOB awards 2019 and Irish Construction Industry Awards 2020, 2019 and 2018.

Alan heads up the Estimating Department at Townlink.

Highly regarded in the industry, he has worked with a number of market leading Main Contractors preparing winning bids on a broad spectrum of public and private contract types ranging in value up to €200m.

Alan regularly works with clients in the early stages of planning to advise on cost and buildability of projects.

Alan is a Contracts Director at Townlink. With over 18 years experience, he has a wide range of experience within the construction industry across all phases of construction. His project experience includes residential, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Rail, Pharmaceutical, IT, Modular and office fit- out.

Pamela leads the Accounts Department at Townlink.

ACCA accredited, Pamela is responsible for the day to day management of the Accounts Payable Team and has been instrumental in the development of the current procedures and payment systems within the company.
Pamela sits on Townlinks Management Team.

Keith leads Townlinks Bid Management team and manages Townlinks ISO audits and accreditations.

Keith also sits on the Townlink Management team and has been central to the strategy and planning that has lead to the company’s continued growth and development.

Natasha, Townlink’s M&E Services Coordinator, has developed her role to encompass Quality management and Digital processes. A member of Townlink’s senior management team with over 20 years’ of industry experience, with responsibility for the delivery of project completion and handover across a range of sectors from housing to healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational, for both private and public stakeholders.

With a post-grad Diploma in Project Management, and recent project experience using Agile principles, together with a BSc (Hons) in Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Digital Construction. Natasha is committed to continuous personal development including problem solving, risk management, collaboration, stakeholder engagement and ensuring project delivery and programme management are key skills that drive her continuous development.

In support of Townlink’s strategic corporate goals and objectives, Natasha has planned and delivered a digital transformation for Townlink, with the implementation of a digital construction department, the associated processes, procedures, software, and hardware, and the recruitment of skilled personnel.

Shawn has over 16 years experience working in the construction industry across Ireland, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. He has experienced working across a range of sectors at a senior level, including; commercial, leisure, residential, industrial and retail.

Stephen is an experienced health and safety professional with over 20 years experience. He has worked on many large-scale projects both nationally and internationally. He has proven experience in achieving ISO 45001 accreditation, environmental and safety objectives, initiating safety programmes to plan, and advising at all levels of the organisation on health and safety systems in line with best practices.
