Completion of Dublin City Council Office Fit-Out

Townlink Construction have recently finished works on the Citygate Office refurbishment and fit out for Dublin City Council. The project consisted of alteration works to existing office premises from ground to third floor including Kitchenette, training room, IT storage, office open plans, meeting rooms, tea stations and a shower room.

North Clondalkin Library

North Clondalkin Library is one of Townlink’s current live projects. The works will include the construction of a two storey 1.299m2 library building. The new library will be located at the junction of Liscarne, Oatfield and Harelawn in Dublin 22. The construction of the library will represent a significant step in community development and will be a great resource for local residents.

The duration of the works will be approximately 15 months, with the intended completion date being December 2019. While construction is ongoing a temporary hoarding will be erected and a temporary wheelchair accessible footpath will be constructed around the perimeter of the site, providing access to local residents and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum.

The new library will contain community meeting/conference rooms, a large library hall, training rooms and other community related amenities. The library will be fitted out with high speed internet as well as other state of the art IT capabilities. It will also feature a private garden, providing library users with a pleasant outdoor relaxation area.

The new library will provide the community of North Clondalkin with a new space to meet, learn and study. The library’s facilities and services will be an important asset for the local community. This is a project which Townlink are proud to be completing in cooperation with South Dublin County Council.
